I’m on deadline and have to type fast. My October romance, Tender Secrets is chock full of … wait for it … secrets. The hero, sexy millionaire CEO Andrew Warner has one and so does Viveca Jackson, the embittered and enigmatic reporter out to destroy his family name.

All these secrets got me to thinking about movies with secrets and/or surprises in them—what could be more fun?

Here are a couple of my faves:

The Crying Game (although I saw that secret coming a MILE away);

The Sixth Sense; and

The Empire Strikes Back.
