Did you know that a large percentage of romance authors started out reading romance in their early teens? This used to be a statistic on the Romance Writers of America website, but ever since they revamped the RWA website, I can’t find it any more.
Yes, that stat described me to a T. I was thirteen when I started reading romances…and then immediately got “hooked” on the genre. I was introduced to historical romances and for many, many years historicals remained my favorite romance subgenre. Occasionally I’d throw in a contemporary, but for the most part, my love was historical.
I think it was the adventurous world—so different from my own—that appealed to me the most. From the Royalty to Pirates to Spies, I loved them all—as long as the stories were sexy! When I found books by Johanna Lindsey and Virginia Henley, I was in heaven. So it made logical sense that the first romance novel I wrote was a historical. Only, I never finished that book…and it wasn’t until twelve years passed that I started writing again. Ironically, this time the story I wrote with a passion was a vampire novel. Never in a million years did I think—when I started that first historical book back in college—that I would end up writing and selling several paranormal books.
Just this weekend I was answering an author interview survey where the question was asked, “What did you want to be when you grew up?” To which, I immediately typed without thinking, “Wonder Woman.” And then it all clicked in my mind…why I ended up writing about supernatural beings and paranormal happenings as if they were as real as you and me.
I loved playing the “What if” scenario. What if I had a lasso that could make people tell the truth? What if I had superhuman speed and strength? What if I could deflect bullets with my bracelets? And who wouldn’t want an invisible airplane?
I suppose it seems a stretch to go from loving historical to paranormals, but in truth, the heroes in these two genres are closer than you realize. We’ve just called them something different. I still get my “bigger than life” hero. Instead of an Earl, he’s a Vampire or a Werewolf. Both are leaders, both dangerous in their own way. Instead of an adventure of “Sailing against pirates”, now the adventure is “Wars between vampires and werewolves”. Instead of “Sword fights”, now the fights are with “Fangs, fur and claws.” Instead of “nobility”, there are “clans and packs”. Instead of courtly intrigue, there is vampire or werewolf societal politics—whether historical or paranormal, the characters in both subgenres all have strong familial ties.
The paranormal heroes are still arrogant, they are still tortured, they’ll still fight to the death to protect the women they love or for friends in peril. Instead of their wealth, the paranormal men wield their supernatural strength, wearing it like a protective shield around their hearts.
And yes, they too feel like they don’t understand women (LOL!). Ah, but they are all vulnerable in the ways that matter. They all love, they all experience emotions, they all have a strong code of honor and most importantly, they all know how to touch the heroine and make her melt.
And just like with historicals (where the world is different from contemporary times), I have to build an entire world in my paranormals. Okay, I confess, I get to make my world up, BUT I still have to be consistent with my world rules and develop my world in such a way that I can convince readers to suspend their disbelief and willingly fall into my alluring paranormal creation.
Have I convinced you to try a vampire or werewolf hero or a paranormal book yet? No? But what if those dark, seductive heroes really weren’t so different from you and me? That’s one of the subjects I tackle in my upcoming Silhouette Nocturne SCIONS: RESURRECTION. When I wrote my SCIONS trilogy I wanted to address the mythical “lore” we take for granted when we read fictional books about vampires and werewolves. Instead of just writing from the viewpoint that “Vampires exist”, I wanted to write about “Why vampires existed,” but I wanted to address it in such a way that would make logical sense to our human minds and the contemporary world we live in.
Of course, the “I love a good action flick” chick in me really wanted to give my readers a roller coaster ride, so yes, SCIONS: RESURRECTION is a very fast-paced, adrenaline-pumping, thrill ride, but I didn’t want to have too much action at the cost of the romance. I lap up those wonderful, high-sexual tension moments just as much as the next woman, so RESURRECTION incorporates a sexy, heart-tugging romance alongside the suspense and adventure, where hard decisions are made by both the hero and the heroine (a vampire and a human) as they fall headlong into love.
Each of the SCIONS novels will have a stand alone romance, but for the suspense lovers, there’s also a prophesy to solve that will flow through all three stories, where it will finally be resolved by book three.
And all this started because I wanted to be Wonder Woman. :)
What about you? What do you think about paranormal books? Were you once like me—a historical ONLY reader? And then you finally ventured over to the darker side? *g* What’s your favorite genre to read and why?
At the end of this Tell Tale, I’ll be giving away a signed copy of SCIONS:RESURRECTION, so everyone chime in and share your thoughts. Let’s get some fun discussion going!

My favorite genre is romantic suspense , followed closely by paranormal.
I have read quite a few paranormal romances. I am reading Diane Whitesides ‘Bond of Blood’ now.
December 15th, 2007 at 7:45 am
I was once “historical only” but then began reading other genres and now I read everything! I don’t have a favorite. Just give me any book to read and I’m happy. I’ve always enjoyed the odd paranormal here and there but this year around Halloween I went crazy for them. I really love vampire novels. The vampire’s bite followed by the intense physical pleasure…ahhhh, fabulous!
December 15th, 2007 at 8:08 am
I was never a historical only. I read them and contemps too. But felt that something was lacking so I tried horror and scifi. When i was a teenager Johanna Lindsey wrote a book called warrior woman and from then on I was hooked. I tried to find romances with scifi or paranormal elements from then on. And then several years ago a friend let me read Jaid black The empress’s new clothes and I fell in love all over again. Ebooks are fantastic. so much variety and flavors to choose from lol. And I am so glad mainstream is getting on the bandwagon with this type of books.
December 15th, 2007 at 8:23 am
I love to read historicals and paranormals equally, fantasy, sci-fi. Don’t have to convince me to read your books, Patrice, lol, already do. I like the fun ones, and the darker, edgier ones.
December 15th, 2007 at 8:36 am
My fave genres are romantic suspense and paranormals.
December 15th, 2007 at 9:22 am
Estella, I like romantic suspense, too. One of my favorites was when Tami Hoag was switching between romance and suspense called Lucky’s Lady.
Melissa K, yes, I completely agree there’s an very sensual aspect of the vampire’s bite.
Pam K, OMG, I LOVED Warrior’s Woman. I was a huge Johanna Lindsey fan and when I read that book, the idea of sci/futuristics took on a whole new meaning to me. :)
Pam P, I’m so happy you’re enjoying my stories. :) RESURRECTION is an edgier story, but I always try to include humor in my novels here and there to lighten the intensity.
Amy S, And then there’s urban fantasies that are pretty much a combo of romantic suspense and paranormals.

I grew into romance stories reading Georgette Heyer and Barbara Cartland, and for years, historical’s were the only books I grabbed. Then I discovered the wonderful Candlight Romance and Silhouette Romance series books, that jump started me into contemporary storylines.. Now it’s more paranormal/contemporary with hot and heavy romance.
December 15th, 2007 at 10:18 am
I have started to enjoy reading again and am reading all kinds of books, romance, suspense, historicals and paranormal. So, yes I do enjoy historical stories.
December 15th, 2007 at 10:52 am
My favorite genre to read is paranormal. I like to read almost anything and I’m always looking for new authors. A friend of mine got me into Sherrilyn Kenyon’s Dark-Hunter series and now I eagerly await everyone one of her releases.
December 15th, 2007 at 11:46 am
Historical & paranormal romances have been my favorite for a long time. I’ve recently been getting into other genres as well - erotica, suspense & contemporary. I’ll admit, I just love to read and any good book will get my attention.
December 15th, 2007 at 12:11 pm
Hmmmm, when I started reading romances, there were historical novels, romantic suspense and gothic. The gothic had supernatural elements, but they weren’t paranormals. I loved the Lord of the Rings, but I wasn’t a fantasy reader. But ocassionally you found a fantasy novel with romance elements. I remember a novel by Connie Willis in high school. I love it but most fantasies was written by men and they didn’t appeal to me. In the late 80 and 90s, some categories had fantasy elements, I loved them. I still have several Anne Stuart and Jayne Anne Krentz novels with paranormal elements. There were a few fantasies that I really loved. Remember Jane Gaskell. C.J. Cheryth had a couple of fantasies with romance in them. I love the current paranormal trend, but I would really love to see some good romantic suspense novels that didn’t involve serial killers.
December 15th, 2007 at 12:21 pm
I probably started out with horror/scifi (I was a child of the twilight zone lol) but when kathleen woodiwiss came around I found historicals and I must admit I have stayed with them a long time. I tend to buy authors I’m familiar with but now that I’m hearing about so many new authors I really am branching out. Paranormals would make sense for me to like them and I have no excuse for not trying them yet.
December 15th, 2007 at 12:42 pm
I think I started out reading mystery/paranormal/horror. I read Dean Koontz and John Saul. I also loved to read Victoria Holt and Phyllis A. Whitney. I love to read historicals, too, but I like books that combine historical with paranormal. My favorite authors of late are ShannonDrake/Heather Graham, Lynn Kurland, and Susan Squires. I love my vampires and shape-shifters.
December 15th, 2007 at 1:04 pm
I started reading Historical Romance (I think I was around 15 or so) but quickly move on to paranormal romance. I still read historicals but not a lot, now I’m all for romantic suspence(!), paranormal romance, and also comtemporary. And I”ve always liked reading science fiction, urban fantasies, etc. And Patrice, I can’t WAIT to read SCIONS:RESURRECTION!
December 15th, 2007 at 1:08 pm
I started reading romance novels around middle school - but I took a break to only read classics. However, once school became more difficult, I need something lighthearted and happy- and romance novels were it. I would read *only* historical novels. In college, it was hard to get my hands on books, so I’d pick up whatever the bookstore had. I think my first paranormal was a Lyndsey Sands book - long, long ago. I don’t remember what got me into paranormals, but I loved JR Ward’s first four books. It’s not a genre I look for, but I’m discovering more authors I like that write for it - also, some authors I already liked are branching out into paranormals. :-) Your books sound really interesting, and I’m going to have to put them on my “to read” list.
December 15th, 2007 at 1:28 pm
I started reading historical romances in high school, mostly books by Julie Garwood and Judith McNaught. Now I’m a big fan of romantic supsense and paranormals. I didn’t start reading paranormals until two years ago. I picked up “The Vision” by Heather Graham and I was hooked. I went through Heather’s backlist to read all her paranormals. I have heard a lot about JR Ward also, I will be reading her books soon.
December 15th, 2007 at 2:32 pm
When I finally got the chance to read a book again(small children & no time) I picked up a paranormal. The catch for me was when I was younger I was really into horror. This is just way better. You can get passion and suspence. We all love the tortured hero. We root for them.
December 15th, 2007 at 3:34 pm
I love paranormal because its so different fro real life. I have always been an eclectic reader but I understand where your coming from. Welcome to the Dark Side, Patrice.
Happy Holidays!
Caitlin
December 15th, 2007 at 4:15 pm
I love historical romance for sure but from day one I was a paranormal junkie. I’ll read just about anything though.
December 15th, 2007 at 5:36 pm
 First romance - Judy Blume / 2nd A Barbara Cartland / 3rd Harlequin / 4th The Flame and The Flower - I was hooked and I will never leave the romance genre. I love it so much that I opened a Romance Review Site 2 years ago, attend Romance Conferences when I can. I love all genres. If I get hold of a book that pulls me into an author world and allows me to escape into their world, it makes me happy. Speaking of which, I got hold of an early copy of Scions. DUDES! It rocked, not only did Patrice Michelle make the transition from E-publishing to Print, but has created a world that makes me want to crawl into her computer to get to book 2 in this series. (lol).
December 15th, 2007 at 6:26 pm
Actually, I was a “mystery” reader first (as a kid). When I read EVERY one in the children’s side of the local branch library (back then, kids weren’t ALLOWED in the adult side…can you believe it?!), I discovered gothic romance (which I read as “mystery with a romance”). I also developed a taste for Science Fiction, but mostly short stories - the kind you found in the magazine OMNI, for example.
But all my romance reading up until maybe just the last 5 or 6 years was contemporary! I might have tried the occasional “futuristic” (those more like “real” science fiction than the ones with cavemen who happen to have advanced technology), but it was generally contemporary.
I’m not sure I can remember which “paranormal” was my first…maybe Kenyon’s Dark-Hunters. Maybe Dara Joy (although those were more futuristic than paranormal). Hamilton’s Merry Gentry was definitely towards the beginning of my “paranormal” reading… but I’m definitely hooked now! Oh, I still find vampires a hit-or-miss thing…just can’t get into the whole “love-a-dead-guy” mentality. Same goes for demons or hunters. But I definitely like the urban fantasy genre now! Strangely enough, I’ve also developed a recent taste for historicals. Huh.
December 15th, 2007 at 6:31 pm
Cathy M, I’ve always loved the more descriptive love scenes in books. To me it was the one thing we’d been waiting for and I didn’t want to have the door closed in my face. ;-)
Dina, I love all genres, too, but ironically even though I started out reading historicals, I haven’t read a historical romance since I was in college.
Teresa W, there are now a lot of great vampire romances out there. SK’s Dark Hunter series is wonderful!
Stacia, I’ve been known to venture away from romance for a really good book too, but I always circle back. There’s just something about that guaranteed HEA that appeals to me. :)
Phyllis, you’re not the first person to mention wanting a romantic suspense that didn’t involve serial killers. I just read that on a blog the other day. IMO, suspense is one of the hardest genres to write and I applaud authors that can do it really well.
Catslady, there are a ton of great paranormal stories out now. If you were going to try one, the choices have never been as broad and varied as they are now; from Paranormal Romance to Urban Fantasies with Romantic Elements.
Melissa, in the past I think the closest romance books ,that combined historical with paranormal, were gothics…and yes, I know gothics were more about eerie ambiance that actual paranormal happenings, but the “feeling” I imagine is very similar. Vampires and shape-shifters are some of my favs too.
Wendy, ooh, Science Fiction romance books! There should be more of those! I’m thrilled you’re looking forward to RESURRECTION!
JSL, I hope you enjoy my books if you decide to give them a try. :)
Jane, ooooh, Julie Garwood’s THE LION’S LADY and Judith McNaught’s A KINGDOM OF DREAMS… *sigh*. Great books!
Paula, I’ve seen several people say on readers’ loops that they moved to the paranormal romance genre from horror. And, I SO love a great tortured alpha hero.
Caitlin, yes, I’m very happy wallowing in the dark side.
Happy Holidays to you, too.
Candy, I admit it…I’m a paranormal junkie, too.
Joy, I’m ecstatic that you loved SCIONS: RESURRECTION! Landon’s story isn’t too far away. INSURRECTION comes out in May.
Thank you for your awesome compliments! Judy Blume!! I remember kids reading her books on the school bus. *g* I’m excited for you that Joyfully Reviewed is going so phenomenally!
December 15th, 2007 at 6:38 pm
Miki, maybe you’re staring to get into historicals because you like paranormals.
December 15th, 2007 at 7:09 pm
I started out with historicals especially Johanna Lindsey and Julie Garwood. The Lyon’s Lady and Honour’s Splendour are two of my favorites.
My favorite genres are romantic/suspense or military/suspense both with or without a paranormal touch.
December 15th, 2007 at 7:17 pm
Joyce, there’s a military romantic suspense with paranormal elements? Interesting!
December 15th, 2007 at 7:50 pm
What I love is a romantic, sexy relationship between the couple so the setting/time period etc. are not the main factor for my reading. I think I started with a Janet Dailey I borrowed from my older sister ;) and eventually (many years later) discovered Red Sage and Angela Knight and MaryJanice Davidson - those vampire/paranormal novellas are still among my favourite re-reads today. Looking forward to your next release Patrice, and Happy Holidays to you and everyone!
December 15th, 2007 at 8:06 pm
Hi Patrice,
I love them all and I especially love it when the genres mix like historical/paranormal.
Hate to rub it in, but I was lucky enough to read Scions: Resurrection already and can’t wait for the next one. It had it all, action, adventure, romance, vampires and a very alpha male. What’s not to love?
I wanted to be Wonder Woman too. That outfit and a really cool crown. I also could have used that Lasso of Truth during my dating years.
December 15th, 2007 at 9:27 pm
I would read a lot of Romantic Suspense and Historicals. Then I read two books, Kiss of the Highlander by Karen Moning and the Anthology,Hot Blooded. They opened me up to a variety of Paranormals and now I read every genre and enjoy them all.
December 15th, 2007 at 9:43 pm
I LOVE paranormals!! Have for a long time - started out reading the old Silhouette Shadow books and was hooked! I love to read romantic suspense, romantic comedies, and of course historicals. If I have a good paranormal, I will read it before any thing else in the stack.
December 15th, 2007 at 10:07 pm
Allison, Mmmm, Angela Knight and MJD, loved their RedSage stories! I hope you enjoy Resurrection and that you and yours have a wonderful holiday season.
Barbara, Thanks for your awesome comments on Resurrection! I’m so very glad you enjoyed Jachin and Ariel’s story. LOL at the “Truth Lasso” comment about dating. Think how much we could’ve avoided.
Dena, My favorite KMM was the Dark Highlander.
Martha, I believe Maggie Shayne wrote some books in the Silhouette Shadows series, didn’t she?
December 15th, 2007 at 10:55 pm
My favorite genre is urban fantasy, followed by thrillers, paranormals, mysteries, romantic suspense, and contemporary romances. I did read a couple historical romances in my teens but I don’t read them anymore. I love the Nocturne line. So many great books! :)
December 15th, 2007 at 10:58 pm
Oh I forgot to say why. My favorite overall is urban fantasy. I love this genre because every one that I’ve read lately have been exciting and suspenseful and just great books!
December 15th, 2007 at 11:04 pm
Hello Patrice,
My favorite genre is contemporary romance. I always love HEA’s. I never read historicals before. I have a BIG pile of paranormals piling up and I can’t wait to dive into them. I’ve heard great things about the Nocturne books and I can not wait to try them.
Happy Holidays To You All!

December 16th, 2007 at 12:20 am
My reading has always been varied. While it is still so, I have noticed that I lean a bit more toward darker paranormals (and urban fantasy) as well as action adventure, or romantic suspense. There are also those times that I read for a purpose, like to lighten my mood and so turn to a humorous romance. But honestly, I just love reading.
December 16th, 2007 at 2:13 am
As a kid I read comic books and then moved on to sci-fi, fantasy as I grew up. Later in high school I branched out and started reading a little of everything. Like you I found myself wandering over to the historical romance section most often. But my taste in movies ran to the paranormal so I decided to check out a few paranormal books. I think my first PR book was Laurell K Hamilton’s Circus of the Damned. After that I was hooked. I still enjoy the historical romances but my real love is paranormal. There’s just something about the extra added sense of danger. The dark seductive characters and their awesome powers. It adds something to the book that is very addictive..at least for me.
Congratulations on your upcoming release! I’ll definitely be in line to read Scions, all three of them.
December 16th, 2007 at 5:02 am
I read sci-fi as a pre-teen and only started reading historicals later in my late teens. I think that early exposure to science fiction allowed me to be open to all genres, so I’ve never had a problem with whatever genre came my way.
December 16th, 2007 at 6:12 am
I started reading Good Housekeeping’s monthly novels during my work lunch break. Someone had kindly donated them to the ladie’s break room. Nora Roberts and Lavyrle Spencer were two of my first authors quickly followed byLaurie McBain, Sandra Brown, Heather Graham, Joanna Lyndsey, Catherine Coulture, Jude Devereaux, Diane Palmer, Joan Honl and Janet Dailey. I do remember Linda Lael Miller’s vampires!
I’m slowly adding paranormals and vampires into the mix of contemp, historical, and suspence that I currently enjoy the most. I have Theresa Medeiros, Lyndsay Sands ,Lori Handeland, Lara Adrian, Jennifer Armitrout, Rosemary Laurens, Sherrilyn Kenyon and Jennifer St Giles just to name a few…BUT for some reason… many times I will still choose my old favs of contemp or historicals for relaxing emotional comfort. I guess it depends on my mood. I find paras and suspense to be scarier so I don’t like to read them right before bed or when I’m stressed. I’m not sure if that makes sense to anybody else. I read a lot and I love Lori Handeland’s books both contemp and her MOON series. I also have Linda Howard’s Raintree Inferno but I haven’t read it yet.
Patrice I haven’t read any of your books yet but I will check them out in the near future. Thanks for the information.
December 16th, 2007 at 6:38 am
I didn’t start out with any one particular genre. If the story looked/sounded good, I’d give it a try. The first one of your books I tried was A Taste for Control. I loved how the story went off in so many unexpected directions. And the characters? I was so crazy for Duncan that I never wanted the book to end. He and Rose are so believable, so well developed, the fact that he is a vampire made it all the better!
December 16th, 2007 at 10:33 am
RachelnNJ, That’s great to hear that you’re loving the Nocturne line. Every time I go to the store, they are flying off the shelves.
LindaH, Yes, you should try the line. The storylines are fresh and very cool! Happy Holidays to you, too.
LittleLambLost, I’m really loving all the urban fantasies that are out, so long as they also include (at the very least) elements of romance.
April, my taste in movies runs very similar to yours…paranormal and action. I hope you enjoy my SCIONS!
Sue A, I do think early exposure to paranormal and sci fi definitely opens ones mind to all kinds of possibilities.
Laurie G, Linda Lael Miller’s vampires were my first exposure to vampires. I loved Jude Devereaux’s Remembrance!! If you haven’t read it, I highly recommend it, but be ready to cry, a few times. I hope you enjoy my Scions if you decide to check them out.
Terry, A Taste for Control is one of my all time favorite books! Duncan was just so tortured and dark, and we’d seen him in the two prior books A Taste for Passion and A Taste for Revenge. I learned so much about writing and myself while writing these three vampire books. Each story got progressively longer and more complicated. I think A Taste for Control had the best of both worlds, deep characterization with a full-on twisty plot. I’m so happy to hear how much you loved that book!! Thanks for letting me know what you thought of it.
December 16th, 2007 at 11:45 am
Pratice - there should definitely be more of Scifi Romance books!
Rachael - I just noticed something, you are so my book-sister, LOL! although I don’t think I’ve read Nocturne books, my first will be Scions Resurrection!
December 16th, 2007 at 2:33 pm
A friend of mine (who reads all the Nocturne books) got me back into reading by introducing me to Charlaine Harris’ Southern Vampires and Mary Janice Davidson’s Undead series. I have picked up a few others over the last couple of years. I mostly read contemporary romances. I love the HEA. I prefer there to be some humor as well. I have tried a few historical romances but I still prefer contemporay.
December 16th, 2007 at 2:52 pm
I think I’m different than most readers, because I didn’t start reading romance until I was in my early 40’s. I always read science fiction/fantasy and paranormals are similar to SF/Fantasy with romance thrown in and a happy ending. I did start reading a few historicals but I read more paranormal.
There are a few historical writers I really like such as Elizabeth Hoyt, but too many of the historicals seem too much alike. Now throw some vampires into the historical and I love them–like Colleen Gleason’s series.
I do enjoy the Nocturne line (I just finished the Raintree trilogy) and am really looking forward to reading Scions: Resurrection.
December 16th, 2007 at 4:15 pm
I used to read sci-fi and only started reading romance in the last 10 years or so. I remember thinking of sci-fi as futuristic westerns. I love paranormal romance quite as much as I enjoy historicals.
December 16th, 2007 at 6:32 pm
Wendy, Yey! I hope that you truly love Scions: Resurrection and check out more Nocturnes.
Laura, MJD crack’s me up! I love the humor in her books.
Cynthya, I understand Colleen’s books are a good mix of historical and paranormal. I really hope you enjoy Scions: Resurrection!
Laidybyrd, the term futuristic westerns makes me think of the TV show Firefly? Did you see it? I loved that show!
December 16th, 2007 at 9:37 pm
Hi Patrice!
Oh, I didn’t know where to find Romance books before the internet, and happen to find a romance here and there but I was afraid to try anything not knowing what would be there, so I used to just read the best sellers, but I hated the gore stuff, missed the romance and so much more. Then when I found the internet, and heard about historical, I read lots and lots. I was afraid to read paranormal. I remember being at a chat and there was a author there that wrote a big vampire romance series and I was afraid to read it but I bought it. I was nervous so I brought it back to the store!!! So the group at the chat asked me a few days later and I told them I took it back to the store!! They told me I had to go back and get it and told me which was the first in the series. So I went, and decided to try, just a little, well, i was so into it that nothing got done around the house until it was done! Now i’m worse! I love a variety! I love to try everything I can in romance!
December 16th, 2007 at 10:29 pm
Yes Wendy, we have alot of favorite genres in common! :) My first Nocturnes were Vivi Anna’s and I loved them so much! Great books.
December 17th, 2007 at 9:53 am
Cathie, I agree that the internet has made finding information and reviews on books SO much easier…therefore your list of books SO much longer!
RachelfromNJ, Vivi’s Nocturnes are like awesome CSI paranormals!
December 17th, 2007 at 3:49 pm
I actually have always been into a variety of genres ever since I can remember. I remember loving comic books as a young girl. It would not be too farfetched to get into the fantasy and paranormal genres from there. I love the Nocturnes line. I have read many of them and loved pretty much all the ones I have read. Quality writing in a small and inexpensive book. Can’t beat that. Looking forward to reading your book. It is on my wishlist.
December 17th, 2007 at 9:26 pm
Hi CherieJ! It’s so good to hear how much you’re liking the Nocturne line. I hope you really enjoy Scions: Resurrection!
December 17th, 2007 at 9:32 pm
