It’s Halloween, as my two Precious Little Tax Deductions have been reminding me all month day, and tonight we’ll be trick or treating and eating waaaaaay too much candy. Huzzah!
Very, very short post, because I have to go glue on my devil horns and fill the candy bowl. First: housekeeping. It’s HELL WEEK at my blog–and today begins the Seven Deadly Sins Countdown to the launch of THE ROAD TO HELL. I’ll be giving away books from fabulous authors all week — today’s sin is Gluttony (yay, Halloween candy!), so I’ll be giving away a copy of Kresley Cole’s A Hunger Like No Other. Gluttony is mine. I love to eat and often, when trying to cut down on eating, will get flashes of food going through my mind. One time I was sitting at work and all of a sudden I could smell mashed potatoes and gravy just as if it was there in my reach. I live food.

Hmm, maybe mine is “wrath”. You know, as in “The clerks at the bookstore will feel my wrath if the new book releases are not on the shelf!” Okay, so all that I really do is ask if they have the book in stock lol. You can bet I’m thinking wrathful thoughts though. Thanks to Halloween, “gluttony” has been up there too. I must stop eating candy before my butt starts beeping when I back up.
