Like the old saying,"Find a penny and pick it up, then all day I have good luck". I carry it around in my pocket and it seems like I do have better luck. One time though I remember picking up a penny outside of K-Mart here in town, years ago. As I was bending down, someone from behind me going out the door accidentally bumped me and I almost fell down. Then on top of that, it was raining and a car went by and splashed water on me. I laughed afterwards. At the time though I was mad. I am a Christian so I pray a lot. I don't really believe in magic, per se', but like Cathy #19 said, I do believe in the magic of Christmas and all that it holds dear. Magical times with a special friend, my husband, or the wonders of life. That is the magic that makes life memorable. Well, I guess I am a little superstitious.
